Lauren & Heidi Break Down Over Feud on ‘Hills’ Premiere

Get ready for a waterworks show on tonight’s fifth season Hills premiere.

In this exclusive clip (above), Heidi Montag crashes Lauren Conrad’s 23rd birthday party and confronts her former friend over their longstanding feud.

“This is the last thing I ever wanted,” Montag tells Conrad as they both break down. “You were the person I loved and adored more than anyone. My favorite stories are my stories with you; my favorite memories are my memories with you!”

As a weeping Conrad hugs Montag, her former BFF pleads, “Don’t cry on your birthday.”

Montag isn’t shedding too many tears about Conrad’s decision to leave the MTV show after this season, however.

She recently told MTV News, “We don’t need her. We’ll miss her. I just don’t know if we need her.”
