Lauren also showed off the return of her brunette hair color, which Lauren debuted last night at LAX after spending a few days in Texas. Plus, it’s another night without Derek Hough in the picture, as both Lauren & Derek had a busy night on Monday going to two clubs for a wild night of fun.

“Punk’d” is back after a three-year hiatus, and on Oct. 14, Lauren Conrad became the victim when “Parenthood” star and former “Punk’d” punker Dax Shepard spotted her on her way back from lunch at King’s Road Cafe..

According to The Fashion Spot, Lauren happened upon a trash compactor truck… that apparently had a woman stuck inside it.

“After Lauren and her friend finished their meal, she was apparently tricked into thinking a woman was stuck in the trash compactor of a passing garbage truck. A visibly concerned Lauren even got in on the rescue effort, helping unload bags of recycling from the vehicle, as a group of people tried to ‘free’ the woman. Lauren realized she was on the receiving end of a major prank, however, when Dax Shepard showed up on the scene. Lauren looked genuinely surprised — and relieved — as he gave her a hug and reassured her that no one had really been in danger.”

Making the most of their Monday evening, Lauren Conrad and Derek Hough were spotted dining at Beso restaurant last night (October 17).

Joined by Derek’s “Dancing with the Stars” buddy Mark Ballas, the rumored couple looked to be enjoying themselves as they moved the party to Tru nightclub as the hour grew later.

And it sounds like Lauren and Derek created quite a scene when they hit the dancefloor at the Trousdale Lounge.

An onlooker told press, “It was obvious there was a lot of chemistry between the two. She was very smitten. Neither seemed embarrassed about kissing in public.”
