Lauren Conrad made the front-page cover of Norway’s Topp magazine, a magazine very similar to celebrity gossip magazines here in America. Though, Lauren’s cover simply gets pulled from publicity shots of American magazine articles, this publication says Lauren is one of the best-dressed celebrities in Hollywood.

In the past, Lauren has front-paged several magazine covers overseas, the last one was for Swedish magazine, Chic, covering fashionable party looks. – Examiner
